I got this Canon for my wive`s birthday I wanted something that would hold up to the punishments of two kids (1 and 3 years old) I got her a canon the year before and while it was a great camera it just couldnt hang and was broken in a few short months.
With that said the PowerShot D10 is AWESOME! everyday so far we are impressed and cant believe how great it is. The zoom is amazing even with the limits of a fixed lenses. video is just as good as most other canons. love the look and feel, you can put the wrist strap on any corner (awesome for both lefties and righties) and the fact that it is Waterproof, dust and shock resistant WOW! It works so well, pictures are so clear even underwater. I found this canon so easy to use and wished I got it a year ago.
I know it sounds a bit over the top but this camera is truly a great one, even all of my friends and family are blown away when they get there hands on this beauty.
