I am very pleased with my first few experiences with this printer. the flip-up control panel is a bit like a clamshell cell phone, and it handles its tasks pretty well. The print quality and speed area very good. I've had some software quirks with scanning, but I assume I'll figure it out after w while.
What I was looking for in my small office was a small-footprint machine, and this is certainly that. It is also attractive and quiet. I don't know yet how durable its various tray flaps will be, but I have high hopes.

My Cannon Pixma MP470 Photo All-In-One Injet printer is so simple to use that even I could figure it out! It is for personal use, so it isn'r used daily, but the quality of print is very good. I e-mailed some pictures I had scanned, and people told me that they were extremely sharp. The price was cheaper than Staples, where I had first seen it. I recommend it highly for personal use. It is very sleek looking and doesn't take up much space.
