Since I did not receive this item, I cannot review it. I would like to comment on the process for receiving a credit on my charge account. Ten days after the expected delivery date I began tracing the parcel. As directed, I contacted Amazon and was told by e-mail to be patient. More than another week later, I traced again and this time tried to leave a telephone number for a call back. The software would not accept the third digit of my number in the appropriate box. I recontacted and did not hear back. Finally, after counttess hours spent in trying to find out what recourse Amazon had for me, I got a call back simultaneously with a message that my acount had been credited for the amount charged. Quantum Electronics was the purveyor of this item. I was not allowed to deal with them and told to return to Amazon. The problem I see here is that I was never offerred the option to tell my story to an individual, who might have been able to tell me what to expect.
