I placed order online on 8/2/08 and received on8/5/08. I found upon receipt that my order not what I thought I was ordering. I contacted adorama and tequested an RMA to return ink tanks. Adorama sent me a return label and I returned my order on 8/8/08, and received a credit on my credit card on 8/13/08. I did not have to purchase anything to replace my returned order.
