This 8-Pack Ink Set is the best deal around. Although, I run out of the Black, PM, and PC much faster then the rest but even then I can find them on amazon for a resonable price then anywhere else I've looked. Customer Review: Canon BCI-6 8-pak

The Canon i9900 requires all 8 cartridges which, when purchased seperately from normal sources may approach $100. Purchasing the cartridges in a combo pack saves a significant percentage.
The cartridges are original Canon. Other cartridges may be obtained for less money, and may be a reasonable substitute, but for those wishing to only use original Canon ink, this method of replacement is very desireable
